Heading not shown when using newer Moodle themes like Boost #36

The list view does not include the Moodle header and surrounding content when using a newer Moodle theme such as Boost. We use a custom theme derived from Boost and users find it very confusing. I've attached screenshots - one from the clean theme (old) and one from Boost (new)
