Adding a plugin to receive donations and merch payments

In the future, we plan on adding a plugin to receive money automatically, for example using Stripe. This can be later added to the merch page as well to collect merch payments.

• https://opencollective.com/ - This one is quite good, especially because it not only collects payments but it also allows us to have open finances, which means that anybody would be able to see what we spend the money on, giving full transparency and peace of mind to the sponsors that their donation is put to good use. • https://www.buymeacoffee.com/ - payment directly to Paypal, requires donator to have a Paypal as well.
• https://patreon.com/ - payment to Paypal or payoneer, both options can go directly to a bank account if you want.
• https://www.payoneer.com/ - Allows you to create virtual bank accounts on any country, allowing donators to transfer money very easily using the bank or credit card of their choice, and then wires the money automatically to your bank account

There are many more options really, I'd say that the best choice depends on what our requirements are. I find opencollective awesome because of the transparency in how money is handled, which could be a selling point when asking for donations
