Description
On all TEKSI modules, we should be able :

To see the steps of a release creation
To know every prerequisites (rights, access, software, ... )
To train someone to become the Release Manager

The Release Manager(s) of every TEKSI module should be able to create

test releases
bugfix releases
planned releases
