[Fluent]: Component font weight has been bumped since v8.0.0 #5092

Describe the bug

Since v8.0.0 the font weight of components that use bold font weight has been bumped from 600 to 700.

This is because these components rely on the global default font weight which is now 700, while --kendo-font-weight-semibold is 600.

To reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to any component demo
Select the Fluent theme and inspect the font-weight of the component

Expected behavior
Components to have the same font weight prior to v8.0.0

Affected package (please remove the unneeded items)

Affected suites (please remove the unneeded items)

Kendo UI for jQuery
Kendo UI for Angular
Kendo UI for React
Kendo UI for Vue
Telerik UI for Blazor
