Ref: pgcentralfoundation/pgrx#1010

We do not use headers for aarch64 to compile for targeting aarch64 now.

Tasks:

  • Generate 2 (targets) x 3 (PG versions) bindings for compiled PostgreSQL (we need to do it everytime we update pgrx)
  • Upload these bindings to the repo
  • Set environment variables to use these bindings
