Notification Status

When a notification (post) is delivered from one server to another, the receiving server responds with 200 OK to let the delivering server know the notification was delivered successfully.

An application can check the status of delivery on a particular post by fetching the post from it's server with a new (as of yet untitled) media type. The response will include the list of attempts, the time of each attempt, whether delivery will be attempted again, and possibly the expected time of the next retry.
