我发现内置是FLAG_ACTIVITY_NEW_TASK来启动UpdateAppActivity，当项目MainActivity的xml使用静态加载jetpack NavHostFragment时，会产生奔溃；原因是NavHostFragment只能独立存在，得特别从onCreate（）中处理。不知道有没有更好的解决方式
