第一次获取sd权限后，没有删除本地apk #98

用户下载完成后，不安装，直接卸载，重新安装检查更新的时候不会删除本地之前缓存的apk，因为没有sd卡权限，导致安装本地旧版本,可以在获取权限后检查下本地缓存的apk是否存在
