should support for automation setup basing on the manual setup #162

basing on manual setup videos, find a good way for automation setup (note that the automation script should run many times successfully so that when the script is updated, users could just run it again to get their system updated)

make sure we can have full control which packages and versions to be installed on the host machine by running the updated script after each teracy-dev upgrade.
