Host_type_hec refactor token #60

Description
Currently host_type_hec has token column which should be swapped to capture side as capture_meta_hec type.

Idea before was to implement host_type_hec as one token can have multiple streams.

remember that same token might be shared by multiple captures and needs some splitting info, we may need to brainstorm this a little bit.
