Hi,
could you please add a word in the README on how to install.

I have tried
micro -plugin install micro-run and
micro -plugin install run without any luck...

Good point, I'll add it later. Here it is, approximately and from memory

$ mkdir -p $HOME/.config/micro/plug/
$ cd $HOME/.config/micro/plug/
$ git clone https://github.com/terokarvinen/micro-run
