Describe the bug
core does not register contract query error code to sdkerrors. It makes the cosmos-sdk override error to internal error.

To Reproduce
do query with wrong argument

Context & versions
v0.4.x

(if applicable) suggested solution
register query error to sdkerrors and wrap contract query error with that query error
