Describe the bug
The current wasm oracle querier return reverse result.

i.e. reporting QUOTE/BASE price instead of BASE/QUOTE price.

To Reproduce
use oracle querier

Context & versions
v0.4.x & v0.5.0-beta4

(if applicable) suggested solution
fix to return BASE/QUOTE price
