azuread_application & azuread_service_principal: export the app_roles property

Use case is to read roles from "Microsoft Applications", for example:

data "azuread_service_principal" "main" {
  display_name = "Microsoft Graph"
}

output "app_roles" {
  value = data.azuread_service_principal.main.app_roles
}
