What happened?
We have been using Testcontainers.MSSQL for some time now without any issues.
However, while setting up a new colleague with his environment, the tests wouldn't start because they would infinitely wait on the containers to start.
After debugging, we attempted another version of the docker image, namely: 2022-CU13-ubuntu-22.04.
This one worked straight away.

This is a duplicate: #1220. We already fixed it in the develop branch. The refered issue contains two workarounds. The next release will contain the fix.
