Define a script to carry out pairwise gsea (or KS test) between a set of diffanal signatures.
The script would return a NxN (non-symmetric) matrix of KS (or ES) scores.
Optionally (pval=TRUE), also return a matrix of p-values.
Optionally (heat=TRUE), also generate a heatmap.
