A simple command to take a location and provide a Three or Seven day weather forecast. Default to either celsius or fahrenheit. Like language can be configured for the guild as well as individual user overrides.

/weather Town, State/Province, Country Celsius(C)/Fahrenheit(F)

Can include little information. Anticipated weather (cloudy, rainy, etc), temperature high and low, humidity %.
