The UI is plain HTML and by its current size not really maintainable any longer. Idea is to move it to svelte, using https://github.com/thomas-lowry/figma-plugin-ds-svelte.

Main setup was already done in svelter branch. Blocking issue was icons not being displayed. Continue the transition, once these blockers are resolved.
