Section 4.4.7 (Networking) should document the IPv6 support, detailing that IPv6 subnets are different to IPv4, that interfaces can have IPv4 and/or v6 addresses, and the different addressing modes that Foreman's IPv6 subnets support.

I think it'd be good to explain how this relates to the PXE loader feature too, and explain that DNS works but DHCP does not

This sounds pretty much complete to me. I think, we can assume that users have a general knowledge of what IPv6 is and how it works when they decide to use it.
The only thing special is the EUI-64 thing.
