[ui] File menu open only allow to open the text version of a diagram file. #38

Selecting File -> Open --> open a dialog, then the user can select a file then open: ==> no choice to open the Diagram editor for that file (Can be fixed with the default editor for a file extension)

This looks more like an issue for Theia, how to handle multiple openers for a file.
