Improve customisation process

Currently the only way to customise the script is by changing the code.
The goal is to have the option to do it in a more user friendly way, for some of the parameters.

I've been sharing my opinion some issues here and you might aware of I am a big fan of your script.
Yesterday, I saw this page and suddenly got interested in the subject - it seems it's been an old issue though. :D

Anyway, I started with a rough idea then now I got a simple alpha version.
If you might want to test it, unzip the attached and copy the 2 .js files into Scriptable directory of your iCloud.
Futcal.js is pretty much same as yours, only with a few modification.
and there is a new script named Futcal_Setting.js. and I think description would not be needed for you.
Once you run it, use it, then take a look the code you might see how it works.

P.S. Since my mother language is not English, it was full of pain when I describe the setting options in the script.
It might be grateful if someone who actually speak English would revise the expression.
