Enhancement: webui exists for send2ssh and send2scp but neither are implemented

i am strongly against these two plugins. i merged them as a pull request with only hope that nobody besides the OP would use these. both scripts tend to hang an lock the camera if something happen during the handshake.

if they hang the device we should fix and refactor the scripts. i was looking for these before and was wondering why they wern't on the device already... where are the scripts for these?
