Update documentation sidebar to alphabetical order to make it easier to browse.

Describe the solution you'd like

Update the sidebar.yml file and change the order of the components.

Describe alternatives you've considered

None.

Additional context

The alphabetical of the order will only be applied to the components subsection - the getting started sidebar will not be modified because it is currently grouped based on importance (ie. quick start, react -> next.js, etc).

Fixed with this commit (bc9f4b9). Will be deployed when v1.6.3 is released.
