With latest update, Python libraries installed in editable mode could potentially be skipped if version is already installed in Wiz registries:

> qip install -e .
warning: Skip 'foo[2.7]==0.1.0' which already exists in Wiz registries.

This behavior doesn't really make sense as it is perfectly reasonable to install existing version of a library in editable mode for development.
