Top menu bar hides anchor link targets #15

If you click on an anchor link the top menu bar will overlay the target (usually a heading), so it is not visible.

This only seems to be the case when the sidebar is visible (i.e. project navigation menu is on the left).

Sorry for the late reply and the obscure description. Please find the screenshots attached. When I click the anchor link in Screen shot 1, I would expect Heading to be visible at top. Also note that this only occurs when the sidebar is visible (i.e. wide enough window).

I noticed that this seems consistent; if I link to a line in a source file, that line will be hidden behind the top menu bar.
