Recently updated NZBHydra2 to release 7.5.0 (LSIO Docker image) and SABnzbd to 4.3.3 (also LSIO Docker image).

Since these updates the Result status column in Download History only gets as far as NZB_ADDED (check+?) and no further update after downloads complete. API based search and download (sonarr, radarr) as well as internal search and direct to downloader behave the same. No updates after initial fetch and queue-up.

Q: What do you expect to happen? What does happen?
A: Current status update reflecting phases and success or failure. Worked until this most recent software update.

Q: Have you searched for this problem? You don't have to answer, just make sure.
A: Searched and couldn't find anything relevant.

Q: Can the problem be reproduced? How?
A: Yes, just search and download anything.

Please post full debug infos as requested. Enable debug level for the log file, restart, make at least one search and download and then post the debug infos zip here.

Is this still being investigated?

Sorry, I'll look into it soon.

Sorry for the super late response.

It's possible that hydra is unable to map the download status from sabnzbd. Please enable this logging marker:

Keep the rest as described above, reproduce, give it a minute or so after the download has completed and post new debug infos. I'll look at them quicker this time ;-)

I just saw this may affect one of my own instances as well. I'll look into it but your debug infos may still help.

Also, which version of sabnzbd do you use?

Nevermind, found it. Fixed in next release.

Awesome! I'll be on the lookout for it.

Thx
