League\Flysystem\Adapter\Local::getSize() returns same value even if file size changed because of stat calls caching

Due to the fact that the clearstatcache() function is not called in the getSize() method, it returns the cached value even if the file size has changed between calls. This has already been fixed earlier, but now again relevant.
