doesn't work unlike other modules, it says no module even if it is installed.

Same problem.. resolved with the installation of the correct package.

@Shadoukita please ensure the right package is installed and other modules with same is not present. Closing this now, as I don't have any way to reproduce and fix this. Please open this if you think there is something wrong with this package.

Try reproducing in an isolated environment.
