Import mods on seperate thread and provide progress

Currently, importing very large mods, for example, Re-Rainbow, will show that the manager has crashed as it performs the import on the main thread, blocking UI, and does not indicate that the import is proceeding. This should be moved to another thread and a proper indication of import progress should be shown.
