Check if content is X months old, if it is, hide content?

Is it possible to use this plugin to add something based on post age? The scenario I'm trying to figure out is expiring old event content from search engines. So if a post is 9 months old, it would then get a noindex meta tag added in the head. That way it would be auto pruning old events without actually deleting them.
