Updating a README with the gradle update

The readme-scramble.md file is outdated in describing how you should run tnoodle. I would either just remove this part and let the 'front' readme instruct the user on how to do this. The file readme-tnoodle.md may also be outdated in some way but I have no clue as to what is going on in that file.

Oh dear, yeah this could use some serious re-writing. We've got some potentially big architecture changes coming up, so maybe let's just remove it, or wait a year and then see where we are.
