Suspensions and other Sanctions Motion doesn't mention the CoC

3.2 of the Code of Conduct explicitly mentions that its violations can result in Suspensions and other Sanctions, but Suspensions and other Sanctions Motion doesn't mention the Code of Conduct violation as the reason for possible suspensions in 2.1-2.4 with the wording "only" for other reasons.

Just to document it here, the WDC has been working on proposing some changes to CoC and SaoS and this will be included :) working will probably look something like the following:

2.2 in the opinion of the WDC, the WCA community member is in breach of the Bylaws, Motions, Regulations, Code of Conduct or
