Series competitions: Should a user be able to register for Series Comp B if they're already pending/waiting_list in Series Comp A?

If this is a question, then the answer is yes :)
Sometimes competitors email us they registered accidentally for comp A, but want comp B. Then by the time we read their email, they have already registered for both. Then we just cancel/reject + refund the first one, and everything is good. It would be helpful to show this to the organizers somewhere in the UI though (I mean: indicate that a competitor registered for both comps)
