pause transcription/system cool down

Describe the feature

since transcribing is a quite resource intensive task on laptops i would love to see a feature where it is possible to pause the transcription temporarily to free resources for other applications. i could also imagine a timer feature where the app would automatically give the system a few breaks in between so to not stress the hardware so much. this would be specially helpful when transcribing batches of files, for example i am now transcribing about 15-20h of content and this takes many hours with the machine running hott-ish.
