drones and fighters not registered as able to be carried with carriers all the time

Describe the bug

well in any new ships I create or buy that have carry bays for drones and fighters, they dont register as carries when I buy drones and fighters and get the popup that they cant leave the system abd they are constantly yeilded yellow symbol

Steps to Reproduce

1. buy a ship that is a carrier(mainly plugin carriers, gotta test vanilla ones)
2. buy drones and fighters
3. see the bug in action

Expected Behavior

supposed to register as drones and fighter carries
