Does localrc.vim support to put .localrc.vimrc in ~/.vim/info/ ? #5

I just want to save the settings for various directories.
And I don't want to put .localrc.vimrc in repository.

for example

current directory
- /home/tyru/git/projA
.localrc.vimrc path
- /home/tyru/.vim/info/localrc/home/tyru/git/projA/localrc.vim

Is that possible?
