Per our 2/27/24 meeting notes, take a first pass at "Base Build Principles and Practices" from industry best practices, to end up in this repo's wiki.

The WIP — Base Build Principles + Practices

  • first draft (jules)
  • Review and edit (jules and james did a working session 3/7)
  • Finalize draft
  • Add the final version to this repo's wiki
