Moving Feature Requests from Issues to Discussions

This is just a quick announcement that we will be moving and handling all feature requests in Github Discussions instead of Issues. We would like to clean up our issues to ensure we don't miss any badly breaking bugs as well as assist folks better with getting their OpenCanary up and running.

The move to Github Discussions will allow us to chat the feature through thoroughly, keep track of it cleanly and open the floor to folks that may want to contribute by developing the feature. If you are looking for something to add to this project, we will mark feature requests that we would like to get done and we would be happy to help get right.
