Add Docker image to a container registry (Docker Hub, GHCR)

The docker image has to be built every time and it's inconvenient to have to git pull the repository every time there's an update since there is no image hosted on any registry (that I could find).

It would be great if you could host pre-built images on a container registry of your choice. This would simplify the compose file and make things easier for self hosted installs.
