I'm not sure if you can or would bother to do anything about this as you may not support 3rd party apps or it may be a quirk in Ariela or in Android System Webview.
My Home Assistant version: 0.96.5
My lovelace configuration method (GUI or yaml): GUI
What I am doing: Trying to use slider entities for fans and climate in android app Ariela
What I expected to happen: Sliders to work as well as they do on desktop browsers as well as mobile Firefox and Chrome.
What happened instead: Trying to slide left or right does not work. The number appears above the slider as usual, but it will not move left or right. Tapping on the start point and then tapping on a new point does move the slider, but the new setting is not actually activated (e.g. fan speed is unchanged).
Tapping on a new location does move the slider, and change the actual setting, but it is imprecise as I don't know exactly where I should tap for the desired outcome.
Minimal steps to reproduce:
Within Ariela, turn on Web UI and Lovelace UI in Settings->UI, otherwise sliders will not appear. Then attempt to change the value of a slider entity by sliding your finger from current setting to new setting.
Error messages from the browser console:
Browser console not available in Ariela (to my knowledge).
By putting an X in the boxes ([ ]) below, I indicate that I:
[X] Understand that leaving one or more boxes unticked or failure to follow the template above may increase the time required to handle my bug-report, or cause it to be closed without further action.
