Feature Request: Allow adding subscriptions while connected... #839

It would be great to be able add new subscriptions while connected like in other previous clients - mqttbox, mqttfx etc.

It is not obvious, especially for new students, to have to disconnect and have to go into the advanced settings to add a new topic subscription.

Seeing this on the mac version - both the one on the appstore and the newest beta (intel build).
