broker.hivemq.com not receiving data

Due to closure of test.mosquitto.org I switched to broker.hivemq.com. MQTT explorer connects without problems but won't read any data.
It is possible to publish data to broker.hivemq.com.

Fun fact: It is possible to use MQTTX and MQTTbox with the same parameters and both of them work. Furthermore NodeRed running on Home Assistant also connects and reads data broker.hivemq.com
