Check if reported lat/long is the stubbed one during acceptance tests

Firefox profile change from geo.wifi.uri to geo.provider.network.url meant stubbed location not being used, leading to test failures that not easy to diagnose. Add test that validates browser reported lat/long is the stubbed one.
