ui fields in admin side is not clear #1

admin side:

password is not hidden
lists: text fields looks like they are editable
lists: if no check boxes are selected you feel like they are interactive

user side

users can submit answer with empty fields in contact list

you can not return to normal login page after you choose login as an admin
