Remove unused resources

Is there a possibility to add support for erasing resources that weren't used anymore? By comparing resources listed in the old and the new getdown.txt, maybe?

simple workaround from my project:
all app's managed dependencies lives in lib directory. when an app starts it simply scan lib dir and removes all files w/o ...v companion file
