v0.8.1 is missing on PyPI

I just happened to notice that version 0.8.1 was tagged a couple of weeks ago, but our setup has not been upgraded to it because it's not available on PyPI: https://pypi.org/project/thumbor-aws/#history.

I can't see any other reports about it, so I thought I would raise it here to make sure you are aware of it.
