Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As a new user, I'm requested by the setup wizard to set my Timezone. But I always end up with an English UI.

Describe the solution you'd like
Setting the Timezone / or some Browser setting should set / propose the UI localization for the UI

Hi Nicolas,

Thank you for this request. Unfortunately we currently only support English and German language, but we have plans to move to a localization platform and support more languages. The UI language / locale is currently guessed by your browser settings and falling back to English, if it's not available (which might be the case on your end).

Deriving the language from a timezone is imho not suitable, since there are almost always multiple available languages per timezone.

If we have support for more languages, I think the current implementation is sufficient (guessing the language from browser for guest users, providing a language setting for logged in users).

However, we could add some information for users, that the guessed language is not yet available. What do you think, @malini / @MelissaAutumn ?
