Look into sources of uncached traffic

Session stickness caused super high CPU load spikes on the web servers. This sort of implies that a lot of requests are being made to the domains that aren't behind cloudflare, which are only autoconfig and broker.

We should try to get a better understanding of the traffic distribution here. This is low priority since without session stickness(which we don't need) there is no load issue.
