  • Industry Specification: ---
  • Release Observed: EDK II Master
  • Releases to Fix: EDK II Master
  • Target OS: ---
  • Bugzilla Assignee(s): unassigned <>

Expectation:
[LibraryClasses.$(ARCH)] < [LibraryClasses.Common.$(MODULE_TYPE)]

The actual behavior:
[LibraryClasses.$(ARCH)] > [LibraryClasses.Common.$(MODULE_TYPE)]

Since changing basetools behavior will impact edk2 and downstream platforms build, I'd suggest updating DSC spec to make code and spec aligned.
