follow up for #1097

now that tidal-like code can be evaluated, the next logical step would be to build a mini repl that runs tidal code to use in the tidal docs.

Happy to help with this @felixroos, would this be kinda cloning repl folder into a tidal-repl folder and customizing initialization of it?
If so I could start a PR trying to make it work, unless you anticipate it being much more involved than that
